Hi-Life Hub is a social club and relies on your judgment to make sure that you (and any guest(s) you may wish to bring) are fit enough to take part in any of our activities.
All Hi-Life Hub activities which you or your guest(s) take part in are done at your own risk and Hi-Life Hub accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever in respect of such activities or your participation in them. Hi-Life Hub accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any harm or injury caused to you, your guest(s), your property or anyone else, or their property at a Hi-Life Hub event.
Hi-Life Hub reserves the right to cancel the membership of any member who – in its judgment – is deemed to be acting in a manner which is causing distress to other members or is detrimental to the business.
Hi-Life Hub does not vet members or their guests and as such no warranty or representation of any kind can be made or given in respect of them. Hi-Life Hub accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever in respect of any member or their guest(s).
Your membership fee does not cover expenses incurred by you at events like drinks, food, travel, etc or the cost of tickets for events.
Hi-Life Hub is under no obligation to make refunds to any member or their guest(s) for payments made by them for membership or for events for which they fail to attend for whatever reason.
Hi-Life Hub reserves the right to cancel or rearrange events. In the unlikely event of this happening, full refunds will be made to those members and their guests who have already paid.
Guests who attend Hi-Life Hub activities are required to abide by the rules set out in these Membership Conditions. It is your responsibility to make sure that any guest(s) you bring are aware of these rules.
Hi-Life Hub reserves the right to amend or add to its Membership Conditions at any time. Any changes will apply to all members regardless of date of joining.
