Q: How do you charge for your services?
A: These can be on a fixed fee basis, or on an agreed daily rate basis for an agreed scope of work and outcome. You may prefer the daily rate, particularly for projects such as implementation support, when you want flexibility in the amount of days provided by Hi-Life Hub.

Q: What is the members profile?
A: We are mainly targeting men and women, aged 25 years and over. Regardless if they are in professional/office type jobs, international students, new immigrants or seniors, we are looking for people who want more out of life, who have the attitude of life-long learning and are not afraid of getting out of their own comfort zones.
Q: Does anyone from Hi-Life Hub attend the events?
A: There is always a staff member that attends the social activities. This staff member will ensure a comfortable introduction to your first social event.
Q: Do I need to join Hi-Life Hub as a member in order to attend an event?
A: You are able to attend a social event (that is open to Non-Members) first without joining Hi-Life Hub at the guest (non member) price. However, do note that most organised events are designed for Members Only.
Q: How do I register with Hi-Life Hub?
A: You can register for membership at the Membership Registration page.
Q: What is the process once I have registered?
A: Once you have confirmed on your registration, an automatic email will be sent to you confirming your new membership number and password. You can use these to book events as a member. If you do not receive this email, please look in your junk e-mail folder. If our registration email has still not arrived, please contact us by email. Please ensure that our email address info@hi-lifehub.com is in your safe list of addresses.

A: We do not share or pass on your details to any third parties or marketing companies. Please read our Privacy Statement for more information.
Q: Why do you ask for my preferences when I register?
A: This helps us to plan future social activities that will match closely to your preferences.
Q: Can I bring friends with me to the events?
A: Friends can attend events with you. If they are non-members, they will pay the guest price.
Q: Is the Social Networking / Social Club for singles?
A: The Social Networking is not a singles club and does not aim to be one. It is a hub that anyone can attend to challenge themselves, learn new knowledge and skills as well as make new friends.
